I’m sooo excited to share that I’m officially launching my first Collective Healing Circle. I’ve been wanting to create a space like this for quite some time, and to see it finally come into fruition feels surreal.

Our first session is centered around grief 🤍 whether that’s the loss of a loved one, a relationship, or even a version of yourself… this space is for you. This is just the beginning. The first of many gatherings I’ll be hosting this summer and I’m even more excited to share they will all be FREE 🫶🏾

This healing circle is a sacred space created for women navigating grief in all its forms. Whether you are mourning the loss of a loved one, a relationship, a version of yourself, or a life transition, you are welcome here. Together, we will move through grief with care by grounding in the body, softening through guided meditation, and sharing in a supportive sisterhood. This is a space to be held, seen, and reminded that you don’t have to carry it alone

I am no stranger to grief. I still remember the feeling that came over my body the day I was told my mother was making her transition. At the time, I didn’t know anything about navigating grief. At 19 years old I would’ve loved a space like this. That’s why I’m so honored to be facilitating a Collective Healing Circle alongside my dear friend @leahshantel . She has been such a beautiful part of my own support system, and now we get to hold space for other women together. Whether you’re grieving the loss of a loved one, a relationship, or a version of yourself—this space is for you. I truly believe we heal in community. This is just the beginning of many support groups I’ll be hosting this summer. In this space, you can expect to: • learn how grief impacts the body • gain gentle coping tools • experience somatic healing guided by Leah • share and be held in a safe, supportive circle Comment Collective Healing to receive the link to save your spot 🤍 Free + open to women of all ages.

Not everything that feels slow is stagnant.

Sometimes the growth you can’t see yet
is the kind that lasts the longest.

So instead of asking,
“Why am I not there yet?”
try asking,
“What is this season trying to teach me?”

Practical ways to slow down and trust your timing:
• Give yourself permission to pause before reacting
• Stop comparing your healing to someone else’s journey
• Check in with your body..what do you actually need today?
• Celebrate small shifts, not just big breakthroughs
• Remind yourself: growth isn’t linear, it’s layered

You’re not late.
You’re not behind.
You’re unfolding—exactly as you’re meant to.

I’m so excited to begin this journey of self-discovery in community this time around.
One of my goals this year is to build a strong, supportive community of women who are fiercely chasing everything they desire in life.
This journal series is one of the many ways I’m creating that space.

Hi Beautiful Soul,

I hope this season has been treating you gently and filling your days with warmth. I’ve been thinking of you and wanted to share something special.

I’m excited to announce that I recently welcomed my sweet baby Soraya into the world. As I settle into this new chapter of motherhood, I’ve also been reconnecting with the things I love; which are being in service, healing and supporting others.

A Gentle Return

With that said, I’m slowly easing back into work, and Soulistic Essentials is officially beginning its soft reopening!

This means I am now offering limited sessions for the month of December. If you’ve been thinking about reconnecting I would love to hold that space for you again.



And as we look ahead, I’m excited to share that Soulistic Essentials will be fully open starting in January! A new year is such a powerful time to step into the changes you’ve been craving. I would love to support you in starting the year with clarity and intention. Let’s make 2026 a year of becoming your best self!
