At this point, Iām starting to think the camera isnāt the only thing working here.
Because every time I shoot a home, Iām not just thinking about lighting and anglesā
Iām quietly rooting for fast showings, strong offers, and smooth closings for every single agent I work with. š¤
And lately?
Yāall have been keeping me BUSY.
But let me say this tooā
If your listing has been sittingā¦
youāve adjusted the priceā¦
and buyers still arenāt bitingā¦
it might be time to refresh the presentation.
Because buyers scroll before they schedule.
And fresh media can completely change the momentum of a listing.

and I canāt unhear it.

So I started thinking &Ā made a listā
what am I actually afraid of?
A packed calendar.
Luxury listings.
Being surrounded by people who support me.
The unexpected āare you available today?ā texts.
Agents willing to step in front of the camera.
Being trusted as your go-to photographer.Ā
So yeahā
if thatās what Iām attracting, Iāll take it. ššø

Every space holds somethingā
light, texture, a feeling.
My job is to find it.
Frame it.
And let it speak.
Because when a home is captured with intention,
