First 10k complete. Paced myself at a zone 2 throughout the run and focused on running form and correct breathing technique so that I can hit this 5k in 20 mins tomorrow being realistic I should be shooting for 23 but shoot for the stars.. It’s about time I invest in real running shoes and a watch. Feeling good as ever. 😎

It’s more than just running.

Started this running stuff solo August 18th and been consistent.. Im most def super shredded now and my organs are operating like they never worked before. The little fat that is left on me is hanging on by its dear life. I have a strong spirit in me and I train to be able for it to work to its optimal ability, my physical is in training my mind is in training and Spirit is in elite training.

I love the challenges that life throws at me because I’ve been persevering through them all my life silently and performing at an elite level for Yahuah and Yahusha.. I know they are proud of me, one thing I know is they are by my side rooting me on every step of the way. & no matter the circumstance, if I been cutting up and getting chastised or if I’m up walking blameless and things are flowing like a strong river imma always give them the glory.

Went in trying to get it to 25mins but I’m making progress, I’ll take it! 26:54 this is with no elevation .

I probably can push myself and knock out 22 mins but I’ll be throwing up everywhere coughing up blood 😂 I’ll get my heart to that level soon though!
