Last week, Invesco US Cares and Granite Properties team members came together at Midtown Union in Atlanta to pack 21,168 meals for Rise Against Hunger.

Rise Against Hunger is a nonprofit organization that helps underserved people worldwide achieve food security and resilience through nutrition, education and economic empowerment.

Happy Earth Day!

Midtown Union’s office tower is LEED and Fitwel-certified optimizing sustainability and wellness in the workplace. The building features an abundance of natural light, ample green space, a large outdoor amenity terrace with native plants, a fitness center, a bike room, and EV charging stations. To celebrate Earth Day, customers potted their own succulent plant, enjoyed lunch and botanical mocktails, and learned about green initiatives.

Happy World Art Day!

Today, we’re turning the spotlight on our murals by local artist, (Joe Dreher). The multidimensional design of faces graces several sides of the building and inspired several elements of the building’s design, including lighting for the site and the parking deck facade.

The murals are on Midtown Union's South parking garage at Arts Center Way and Spring Street, and North parking garage at 17th & West Peachtree.

Midtown Union office customers have access to a MOVE fitness center, a full-equipped gym with Pilates, strength-training and HITT classes, lockers and showers to squeeze in a workout or reduce stress with mindful movement.

ICYMI: A new spot for breakfast and lunch just opened in Midtown.

The White Windmill Bakery & Cafe (하얀풍차) at Midtown Union is conveniently located for Midtown locals, office workers, SCAD - The University for Creative Careers and Georgia Tech students.

It’s also a perfect place for visitors exploring the Midtown Arts District, home to the High Museum of Art, Atlanta, Atlanta Symphony Orchestra, Alliance Theatre and Fox Theatre.
