I’ve lost people I truly believed would be there forever. People I loved, people I trusted, people I never imagined life without. And that kind of loss…hits differently. 💔

Sometimes letting go of things — and people — that no longer serve you ain’t easy. It may hurt. It may shake you. It may leave you questioning its very existence.
Growth is learning…

More damage is done when you allow the wrong people to stay. When you keep holding on out of loyalty to a version of them that no longer exists. When you silence your own peace just to keep someone else’s peace comfortable.
