Google is ditching Universal Analytics and permanently moving to G4.
What does this mean for your business?
Measurements will move from a session-based data model to a flexible events-based data model.
Reporting will go from limited cross-device and cross platform reporting to full cross-device and cross platform reporting.
Automation will go from very limited capabilities to machine based learning to improve and simplify insight discovery.
The sunset will be complete by 2023– so while you still have time, it’s better to be ahead than behind!

📸 New Branding & Website Project!
Reed Glickson is an incredible Atlanta-based photographer, videographer, camera crew member, screen writer and aspiring director.
To say he is wildly talented would be such an understatement.
Through out his career, he has had to opportunity to photograph and film people like Shaquille O'Neal, Lil Baby, Caleb McGlaughlen, Vanessa Morgan, Victor Oladipo, and Kyle Kuzma.
He's also worked with production teams on projects for Paramount, Netflix, Finish line and Adidas and worked on the sets of music videos for T.I, Lil Yachty and Future.
Reed's been a close friend of our founder for years and we're so happy to watch him grow and support him as he takes massive steps in his career.

So you're a B2B business who wants to generate more leads?
The answer lies in one thing and one thing only: content creation.
I'm not talking about blogs either... I'm taking about gated content that's so good people will give you their email for it.
This requires a couple of things:
1️⃣ Expertise- you can't fake adding value. If your content isn't actively solving a problem or answering a question your audience is asking, they won't download it.

When did I want to be an entrepreneur? It's a question I get asked all the time.
And it all started in a nail salon. At the time, I was a marketing director working my butt off with the hopes of becoming the CMO of the company I worked for.
I was waiting next to a young woman and we got to chatting. In the conversation, she told me that she owned a marketing agency. Excited to hear more, I asked what kind of services she offended.
Y'all. This girl straight-faced said, "I buy followers for small companies." I laughed out loud... waiting for her to tell me it was a joke. But it wasn't.
This girl actually buys people followers on Instagram and calls herself a marketer. And people pay for it! Enough so that she can get her nails done twice a month.
At that moment, I felt an obligation to help small and medium-sized businesses avoid buying what we like to call 'trash marketing,' or marketing that will never yield an ROI for you or your business.
It was that day Ethic was born... even though I didn't know it yet. Every entrepreneur has a story... and I'm thankful for that girl who buys people followers. She lit a fire under my ass and here we are today!
