Last year, I poured my heart and soul into my job and professional development, mostly because when something truly matters, you’ve got to give it your all. But hey, life’s about balance, right??? So this year, while I continue to chase my dreams, I’m also gearing up for some epic adventures! And speaking of adventures, let me share a little secret I discovered a few years back: you can rent a wheelchair while traveling! No more worrying about damaging my chair haha

Here’s to embracing new cultures, unforgettable experiences, and living life to the fullest! Cheers to the journey ahead! 🌍♿️✈️

Seating at the edge of this vast landscape, I was reminded of how small and insignificant my problems truly are. No matter what challenges you may be facing, remember that you are capable of overcoming them and achieving greatness. Take a deep breath and embrace the beauty and wonder of the world around you.

Not much to say here other than to VISIT COLOMBIA!! You won’t regret exploring everything this country has to offer. Although not everything is accessible, the people are incredibly welcoming and the cities, food, culture and love will quickly make you feel as family. In this new year set a goal to travel somewhere new and preferably one that is not 100% accessible.

Its been a a little over a year since I traveled to Seattle! and wow time does fly! Anyways, as I see this photo I think of how Bezos (founder of Amazon) bet on himself, left his very “successful” job, and took a chance to build something new. Today, I wonder…if given the same choice could I have done that?

Don’t be AFRAID to bet on yourself and your ideas. It may be scary, but it can also be incredibly rewarding. BELIEVE in yourself, PREPARE as much as possible, be OPEN to learning and adapting, and remember that failure is a natural part of the process.

As always… keep wheeling_it

Life is like a museum..

Just as a museum showcases art and artifacts from different times and places, our lives are filled with a diverse array of experiences and moments that shape who we are. Each experience, memory, adventure, is a representation (like art) of life and of the feelings that drive us. Now, not all art is equal… there are peaks and valleys, day and night, mystery and clarity and in that diversity is where a wholesome life is found.

Museums treasure our societies’ best works of art, they invite others to appreciate what has been liven, question their own feelings and thoughts, challenge us to be curious and open-minded, and strive to learn and grow. So let your life be like a museum and that whoever meets you can say their life is better because of YOU.

Hi everyone! It’s been a while since I added a post on this account. Nevertheless I wanted to jump back here and share with you a bit more of my adventures. A few years back I traveled with my friend to Buenos Aires, Argentina. The flight itself was long but the experience was like no other - once again I was able to realize a dream of mine and push myself.

Now normally, when I travel I always have to think about if I take my electric or manual wheelchair… I think if you don’t use a wheelchair you would probably assume that traveling with an electric wheelchair is much better since its meant to give us more independence. But in my experience that couldn't be farther from the truth. For me, even if I need the help of someone to push me around I almost always choose the manual chair as it gives me more freedom in terms of places and activities that I can visit and do. AND… unfortunately, I have had more than one electric wheelchair broken on airlines… and that stress and uncertainty to think that your trip could be ruined even before it starts is just not worth it.

Anyways… regardless if you take a manual or electric wheelchair TRAVEL AND EXPERIENCE THE WORLD… that is one of your best investments.
