The Department of Behavioral Health and Developmental Disabilities (DBHDD) and the Georgia Collaborative A*O invite established Intellectual and Developmental Disabilities (I/DD) providers interested in joining DBHDD’s Provider Network to a virtual I/DD Enrollment Forum scheduled for February 8, 2023. The virtual forum will provide information on the enrollment process as well as the requirements for potential applicants to join the DBHDD I/DD Provider Network.
This forum will be hosted on Zoom.

The Department of Behavioral Health and Developmental Disabilities (DBHDD) and the Georgia Collaborative A*O invite established Behavioral Health (BH) agencies interested in joining DBHDD’s Provider Network to a virtual BH Enrollment Forum scheduled for December 14, 2022.
