The Emory Alumni Association (EAA) helps Emory's 165,000 plus alumni get informed about, get connected to, and get involved with their alma mater.

The EAA hosts presidential and faculty speakers, networking and professional gatherings, social events, and many more activities on the Emory campus, across the country, and around the world. The EAA keeps the spirit of Emory alive through its alumni. We want alumni to feel connected to the University so that you understand no matter where you are, Emory is with you.

Every scholarship has a ripple effect. Through scholarship support, Tiarra Murphy 23MPH pursued her passion for improving health outcomes for people of color at Emoryโ€™s Rollins School of Public Health. Today, she is using her education to help communities navigate challenges and build healthier futures. Her journey shows how investing in students creates lasting impact far beyond the classroom.

The 1836 Society honors donors who make a legacy gift to Emory. We celebrate their generosity and dedication to Emoryโ€™s future โ€” one that strengthens our position as a top institution of higher learning, research, and health care. Their gifts empower and enable students, researchers, faculty, and health care leaders to bring creativity and discovery into their work. Thanks to these forward-thinking donors, Emory can continue cultivating life-changing research, innovative leaders, and cutting-edge solutions.

The 1836 Society luncheon is one way we express our gratitude for the role its members play in Emoryโ€™s achievements. We look forward to the next opportunity to bring this important group of donors together.
