Cinco de Mayo 🇲🇽

What better way to celebrate than by kicking off our new collection reveal with Cinco de Mayo. This single origin comes from our producer Conde & is grown in Puebla, Mexico, where Cinco de Mayo originated as a celebration of the Mexican victory in the Battle of Puebla.

Cinco de Mayo will go live on our website at the end of the month. Stay tuned for more previews of what’s to come in our new collection.

Back in office. Starting off the year with a visit to our partners in Mexico.

A peak into the process: Before each batch is ready for roasting, the skin is taken off each bean with this machine. Then, sorted through manually to pick out the best beans for a quality batch every time.
