Here we have Vermiculite Insulation. It is said that it some vermiculite has asbestos fibers in it, which if breathed in can cause health problems. This attic, not only has Vermiculite insulation, it is not filled sufficiently.

It can also allow water to actively leak into the inside of the home and cause structural and cosmetic damage to the inside of the home.

I had the pleasure of inspecting this Beautiful home in South Fulton. Close to 5,000sf. One of my favorite parts was the very sexy bathroom with a “see-in” shower with seating, over looking the tub. 👀😜😎 That’s for the grown folks lol. What’s are your thoughts? Would you buy this house?
