Runway Rules Academy

Class is always in session! Almost 10 years in and we love mentoring all of our “role models” and “model citizens!” As we’re teaching them, they’re also teaching us. Teaching us how to stay current, relatable, and motivated to continue to show up for them no matter what.

Another day, another impactful class session ✨. We are continuing to pour into our young role models, with hopes that our hard work and dedication will prepare them to become model citizens.

Our organization has been assigned and walked the halls of Lindsay Middle School on several occasions. At least one session out of each school year. Lindsay is by far one of our favorite middle school sites to teach and mentor. We connect most with youth who are in need of some encouragement by people other than those closest to them. We succeed tremendously in doing so, keeping our organization one of the most requested organizations in the city. We’re consistent, we’re equipped, we’re more than relatable, and we truly care. We may not keep up publicly enough, but our work speaks for itself and our students speak for us. It takes a village and we hope that as a community we can continue to help our youth.

Class is always in session ✨! We had fun this week! Another day, another classroom. As always, we’re super proud of our role models and still giving everything we have as an elite organization to ensure they turn into model citizens.

Class is always in session! This week we mentored about the importance of kindness and how to showcase acts of kindness. Sometimes it’s the simple things ✨.

For our last session before the holiday break, we chose to focus on others. Our role models decided to write hand written letters to the children admitted in CHKD during this season. It was important to us to take the time and mentor them about the needs of others before ourselves sometimes. They were excited to do it and we were excited to be effective. We love our model citizens! Happy holidays everyone, from our team and students at Runway Rules Academy!
