Yesterday, 17,000 people lost their jobs.
Spirit Airlines shut down after 34 years. Pilots, flight attendants, baggage handlers, ground crew. All unemployed overnight.
Some of them gave that company 20+ years of their life. The job didnât care.

I started buying houses from county tax sales. When homeowners stop paying property taxes, the county takes the property and auctions it off to recover the tax revenue. They donât care about market value. They just want the taxes paid.
So a $270k house can sell for $9,600. And anyone can bid.
One recent deal: bought for $9,600. Renovated it. Sold for $270,000. Thatâs $260,400 profit on a single deal.
More than most pilots make in 2 full years.

I bought this property for $9,600.
The previous owner owed back taxes and the county auctioned it off. I was the highest bidder.
99% of people go on Zillow, Trulia, or Redfin and pay full retail price for a home. It's convenient, but they're leaving money on the table. And somebody else is profiting off them.
Instead of competing with everyone else, I go where nobody is looking. County tax sales.
When homeowners don't pay their property taxes, the county confiscates the property and sells it to recover the tax revenue. They don't care about market value. They just want the taxes paid.
So I bought this one for $9,600. Renovated it top to bottom. Sold it for $270,000.
That's a $260,000 profit on a single deal.
You don't need a degree to do this. You don't need a license. You don't need $200K in the bank. Most of these auctions are online and you can bid from your phone.
The opportunity is there every single month. Most people just don't know where to look.
