It’s the last week of July. 😮🥺

Before you turn the page to a new month, ask yourself one question:

What did I say I was going to do this month that still needs my attention?

Don’t beat yourself up over what didn’t get done.

Just make a plan to finish it.

Here’s my challenge for you this week:

✅ Identify your Top 3 priorities.
✅ Block one hour every day to work on them.
✅ Decide which day you’ll complete each task.
✅ Then protect that time like it’s a meeting you can’t miss.

One thing I’ve learned is this:

What you don’t make time for rarely gets done.

That’s why I don’t leave my goals to chance.

Sometimes my favorite place to work isn’t my office—it’s a quiet coffee shop with a cup of tea, my planner, my earbuds, and an hour of uninterrupted focus.

That’s my reset.

That’s my cheat code.

And that’s how I keep making progress, one day at a time.

If you need a place to start, grab your One Day Daily Ex*****on Planner, map out your week, and commit to just one focused hour each day.

Small, consistent actions create big results.

Now tell me…

What’s ONE thing you’re committed to finishing before the week is over? 💛

Yesterday, I had the cornbread.

…and the corn muffins.

And I enjoyed every single bite. 😂🌽

No guilt. No regrets.

My friend Lamond knows I love bread, so I already know he’s going to laugh when he sees this. 😂 I promise… don’t judge me.

This morning, my trainer looked at me and said, “Cool… now we’re adding 15 minutes of cardio.”

Fair enough. 🤣

It reminded me that this is exactly how goals work.

You’re going to have days where you indulge.
You’re going to have days where you miss the workout.
You’re going to have days where you don’t stick to the plan.

The mistake isn’t falling off.

The mistake is deciding that one day has to become three.

Get back up.

Adjust.

Do the extra 15 minutes—whatever that looks like for your goal.

Progress isn’t about being perfect.

It’s about getting back to the discipline as quickly as you can.

Now… if you’ll excuse me, I have 15 extra minutes of cardio with my name on it. 😅💛

One Day Daily Ex*****on Planner
Perfect time for a Mid Year Rest! 📅

07/07/2026

Six months have passed. Don’t lose the next three.

Here’s how:

1. Get clear on what you want to build beyond your 9-to-5.
2. Choose ONE goal that moves you closer to that vision.
3. Protect time each day to work on your future—not just your job.
4. Write it down, track your progress, and stay committed.

Your 9-to-5 can fund the vision, but it doesn’t have to define it.

That’s why I created the One Day Daily Ex*****on Planner—to help you stop waiting for the perfect time and start building what’s next.

📖 Tap the planner to start your next 90 days.

Summer has a way of reminding us what we’re working for.

A little more sunshine.
A little more rest.
A little more time with the people we love.

The question is…

What if those moments didn’t have to be limited to one or two weeks a year?

The second half of the year is officially here, and it’s the perfect time to stop and ask yourself:

What kind of life am I really trying to build?

Your 9-to-5 may be part of your story, but it doesn’t have to be the only plan for your future.

Maybe you’ve been dreaming about starting a business.
Maybe it’s creating another stream of income.
Maybe it’s traveling more.
Maybe it’s simply having the freedom to choose how you spend your time.

Whatever it is, don’t leave it as a daydream.

Write it down.
Make a plan.
Take one intentional step every day.

Because the life you want isn’t built by wishing for it.

It’s built by planning for it.

💛 If you want more days like this, don’t just dream about them. Plan for them.
