Some stories are bigger than me.

My story isn’t just my story. It’s my father’s story, my family’s story, and now it’s becoming part of my son’s story.

My father came from Haiti and risked his life on a small boat because our family was struggling to survive. He spent 11 days at sea, lost and uncertain about what would happen next, but he eventually made it to the United States.

Years later, he brought us here with one message: if we went to school, worked hard, and did well, we could change the situation of our family.

One of my proudest moments was being able to buy a house for my dad.

I thought, we made it.

Then I lost my job.

I had just gotten married, bought a home, and was expecting my first son. I was scared. I didn't even tell my wife or my parents that I had been laid off.

Then one day, I went to get gas and my card stopped at $1.35.

That was all I had.

I went home, sat on the stairs, and cried. I felt like everything I had worked for was falling apart.

But that moment became a turning point.

After receiving a call that opened another door, I made a promise to God and to myself: I would never again leave the security of my family entirely in someone else's hands.

I decided to build a business.

I had no business background. I had no roadmap. I started doing taxes from my bedroom.

That small beginning eventually grew into multiple businesses and opportunities for my family.

Looking back, I know it was a blessing from God—but I also had to be willing to take action.

Whatever dream, passion, or aspiration God has placed in your heart, don't be afraid to take the next step.

Hold the dice. Trust God. Take action.

Because the legacy you build today may become the foundation your children build on tomorrow.

Your business is growing but are you actually getting more freedom?

If every decision still needs you, every problem still lands on your desk, and your team can’t move forward without you, growth can quickly become another source of pressure.

A growing business needs more than revenue.

One of the biggest mistakes I made as an entrepreneur?

𝗧𝗵𝗶𝗻𝗸𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗜 𝗵𝗮𝗱 𝘁𝗼 𝗳𝗶𝗴𝘂𝗿𝗲 𝗶𝘁 𝗮𝗹𝗹 𝗼𝘂𝘁 𝗯𝘆 𝗺𝘆𝘀𝗲𝗹𝗳.

I had an MBA. I had worked in major corporations. I had managed departments and teams. I thought I already knew what I needed to know about building a business.

But running a department and owning a business are two completely different things.

As an entrepreneur, everything is on you. And knowing what to do is very different from actually getting it done.

Books can give you insight. But insight without ex*****on doesn’t create results.

Looking back, I wish I had hired a coach and surrounded myself with the right people much earlier. The right guidance can help you avoid years of trial and error, make better decisions, and move faster.

You don’t have to learn every lesson the hard way.

Sometimes the fastest way to your next level is getting the right support to help you get there.

What you don’t know, you don’t know. And in business, that gap can be expensive.

Sometimes, the hardest moments in your life are the moments that change your life forever.

From watching his father risk everything for a better future, to building a life in America, to losing his job at one of the most important moments of his life—this journey was never just about one person.

It was about family.
It was about faith.
It was about taking a chance when there was no guarantee.

When there was only $1.35 left in his account, the situation looked impossible. But that moment became the beginning of a new chapter.

He made a decision: never again would the security of his family depend entirely on someone else.

That decision led to entrepreneurship, new opportunities, and eventually multiple businesses.

Sometimes you don’t need to have everything figured out.

You need faith, a vision, and the courage to take action.

Whatever dream God has placed in your heart, don’t be afraid to take the next step.

Hold the dice. Trust God. Take action. Your next chapter may be closer than you think.

You can have incredible talent, great potential, and a vision for more and still find yourself operating below what you’re capable of.

The problem isn’t always potential. Sometimes, it’s the lack of a clear roadmap.

We’re often told what’s possible:
“You can do more.”
“You can reach the top.”
“You can achieve your dreams.”

But the real question is: 𝗛𝗼𝘄?

What should you focus on next?
