I've found out that people truly want to help Veterans....unless there is a little extra work that is required.

More than 220,000 Veterans live in the metro. According to , of the 4,589 single family listings available for sale, only 10.2% will accept the Home Loan. Another way to look at it, there are only about 450 homes that will even consider a Veterans VA loan contract in a time of historical low inventory.

By the way, the reason you didn't know this was happening because investors and wholesalers were buying these houses before they went to market. in Q4, Atlanta was #1 in the U.S. for investor purchases.

The picture on the "left" illustrates how many Fulton County (ATL) homeowners could use some help. The picture on the "right" shows how many homeowners missed! In Q1, Georgia ranked #10 in the US with 2,592 foreclosure filings. There were 1,044 opportunities in Fulton County alone to help transition distress owners out and provide housing opportunities for moderate income buyers.
