John R. Underwood is a commercial construction and program management leader with 24 years of experience delivering complex projects from concept through closeout, including mission-critical and Class A buildouts. He has served with Jones Lang LaSalle (JLL) in Atlanta since 2011, leading end-to-end project delivery, stakeholder coordination, permitting and closeout, quality and safety compliance, and vendor and subcontractor negotiations. John has managed projects up to 2M square feet with budgets exceeding $1.5B and has led teams of 120+ employees while driving schedule, cost control, and operational performance.
