Motherhood is a very personal & powerful journey. I have never been so humbled yet empowered, so vexed yet blessed, so exhausted yet fulfilled. It’s a beautiful nightmare, a constant mirror being held to your heart and I couldn’t be more grateful for the opportunity.

There are some programs where the “own funds” requirement is only 3%, the balance can come from a gift or a secured loan. Keep in mind a secured loan must be reported as existing debt.
