“Class is full”
During the last class, someone asked me about my favorite food. It's AMRITSARI KULCHA. The town of Amritsar is known as foodie's paradise in India. And the KULCHA sits at the top of their food pyramid like an emperor surveying its fiefdom. The aroma arising from its steamy exterior and the flavorful filings hidden inside its crunchy facade will let loose people's juices in mouth watering anticipation.
Let’s get together for our next class and make some crunchy stuffed Kulchas and savor those with curried chickpeas and tamarind salsa. Full bodied red wine to accompany that. The class will be 3 hours long on March 21. All of this at an attractive price of $50 per attendee. No more than 5 attendees for the class. ( Dairy free)

These cold chilly weather is perfect for some super healthy and tandoori PANEER & MUSHROOM tikkas. Great when combined with wine. I will share some tips to make this recipe easy for everyone. Let’s meet February 7 at 11 am. Key ingredients will be provided on a printout. You just enjoy watching the cooking and note down some additional tips.
