🍣Sushi Making Class Coming to Athens!🍣

Looking for a fun and hands-on way to spend your evening? The City of Athens Sister City Committee is presenting a class for you to learn how to create your own delicious sushi at home!

This engaging class will walk participants through the process of making a classic California roll, perfect for beginners and sushi lovers alike. Whether you're looking to sharpen your culinary skills or just try something new, this is a great opportunity to learn in a relaxed and friendly environment.

This weekend has been full of so much joy, and my heart is very full. 💛

A huge thank you The Food Hub for hosting such a wonderful space, and to every single person who joined us for last night’s pasta class. It was truly such a fun, welcoming group — and I loved meeting so many new faces who are just as excited about homemade pasta as I am. There’s nothing better than sharing food, stories, and a little flour-covered chaos together. 🍝✨

This season always reminds me how special it is to slow down, gather, and appreciate the people around us — whether that’s around a table, at a market, or in a kitchen learning something new.
