Athens Goes Acoustic is dedicated to benefiting The Food Bank of Northeast Georgia in their mission to feed the people. This festival will take place on July 25th at Athentic Brewing Company.

You DO NOT want to miss this! There will be 11 local bands performing how you've never heard them (lineup to be announced soon - stay posted), a massive vendor market, delicious bites, and craft beer including an exclusive beer made for this event.

Oh where to begin?! Our Hogs & Dogs community BBQ was a smash hit! We collected over nine GIANT bags of aluminum cans to recycle - allowing us to put money back into the community and reduce waste at the same time ♻️🫂 We're so grateful to everyone who turned up to share a delicious free meal with us. Community is what it's all about!!!

Speaking of community, we can't discuss Hogs & Dogs without shouting out all of the amazing partners who helped make it happen. Thank you to for hosting us, for donating the pig, Chickens Down South for cooking the pig, for the delicious burgers, for the amazing sauces, and for the live music! We also want to thank the many vendors and non-profit partners who showed up to make the market a success.

FREE FOOD ALERT 🚨🚨🚨 We're on a mission to turn aluminum cans into mutual aid! Come join us this Saturday for an amazing free BBQ featuring a whole hog, smash burgers, and veggie dogs. There will also be a vendor market, live music, and local non-profits doing great work. Bring us all your aluminum cans and fill your belly at the same time!! We can't wait to see you there 🍔

WOOO WEEE, we've got a FREE community event coming up in a few weeks!

Starting at 2 and going all night with awesome vendors, music, FREE FOOD, and more, we're excited to welcome you to for our FIRST ANNUAL community bbq.

There will be (veggie) dogs, there will be a (fully roasted) hog, there will be SMASH burgers, there will be all of this TO YOU just for hanging out!

All we ask, just a small ask, is that you BRING US ALL YOUR CANS! PLEASE! save up your aluminum cans this month and bring them! Our mutual aid efforts -work- when we have recycling to turn into $$$$!

The Why: Raising awareness for our cause and others, feeding people, giving space to local artists, etc.

A week ago we hosted the Souper Bowl Charity Potluck to help raise funds for the Athens Community Council on Aging, and we wanted to say thank you to everyone who came out to help support this event!!! From the amazing chefs who brought their soups to all the amazing patrons who came out to taste and vote, it was a blast and we couldn't be happier with the turnout!

We raised just over $250 from everyone who came and donated and we decided to bring that donation up to $500 because that is what we do :) So again, thank you all for the support that day and we look forward to doing this again next year so mark it on your calendar!

SOUPer Bowl Charity Potluck is all about raising funds for Athens Community Council on Aging!

This local nonprofit supports older adults as they Age Well, by providing community, wellness programs, and healthcare & employment opportunities through their advocacy and support networks.

We are so happy to take all the money raised through this event and donate it to ACCA!!
