Thanksgiving is just around the corner, which means preorders are now open for pies! This year, we are making a Maple Pecan Pie with cacao nibs, and a Sweet Potato Pie with sweet potatoes that is lightly spiced with ginger and cinnamon. Additionally, the crust is made with house milled, bolted wheat flour, some of which is local from .

Pickup for pies will be Wednesday, November 24th. You can call the bakery at 706-850-3550 to reserve, or do it in person at the bakery. We will also start selling a few slices of these pies soon so you can try them!

Chocolate Cherry bread is out of the oven! We will have it available today, tomorrow, and Saturday.

A few Thanksgiving updates:
1. We will have a limited amount of dinner rolls (pictured above) on Wednesday the 25th. No preorder for these unfortunately- first come first serve.
2. Last day for Thanksgiving pie preorder is this Friday! Hurry up and order one!
3. We will be closed Thanksgiving Day and Friday the 27th, and will be back in full swing on the 28th.

On another note, thank you all for being so patient waiting in line through rain or shine! With a longer line expected on Wednesday the 25th, we will do our best to move it along so everyone can get goodies for their Thanksgiving tables.

Thanksgiving means pie! This year we are offering two different pies for preorder for pickup on Wednesday, November 25th. One is an apple pie made with local apples, spices, and oat streusel and the other is a pecan pie made with pecans from Sparta, GA and elevated with cocoa nibs from Condor Chocolates. Call the bakery or come in and reserve one or both!

Hi friends- we will be closed July 4th to July 10th for summer holidays. We will reopen on Saturday, July 11th. There will be an extra large bake this Friday (July 3rd) to hold you over until we reopen. Thanks for letting us take this time off to rest and relax!

Peach and Pecan galette- whole spelt crust with local pecans from Sparta, GA and the first round of Georgia peaches from Georgia Proud Provisions and Pearson Farm.

German Rye- available spiced and unspiced. Made with 100% house-milled rye flour. Thanks Apiece for the formula and sharing your knowledge.

Now selling pizza bianca on Saturdays! This one has crispy potatoes, lots of extra virgin olive oil, rosemary from the patio, salt and black pepper. $3/slice!

Our new galette is Strawberry Chamomile- local strawberries from Woodland Gardens organic farm are lightly tossed in chamomile sugar, and baked in a whole spelt pâte brisée. Limited quantities available everyday!

We are now selling Cranberry Pecan Granola! Sweetened with maple syrup and toasted with local pecans and extra virgin olive oil, this granola is a great addition to your morning yogurt!

We are now selling flour! Stoneground house-milled whole wheat and whole rye are available. Don’t forget to pick up some free sourdough starter with it!
