You didn't know a mechanical room could look so good! Without the help of our subcontractors, we wouldn't be able to do what we do. This recent work of art is thanks to Thompson Plumbing of Athens, Ohio and Dean Heating and Cooling Inc.

Tour last year's building project! This home is full of natural light and custom details built to fit Ryan & Kayla Buckley's specifications. The warmth of the natural wood contrasts beautifully against the white vaulted ceilings. Some of the many features we love: the open staircase, old framing timber as fireplace mantle, locally built wood doors and cabinetry, vintage buffet as the half bath vanity...! On top of looking good, this house works efficiently using geothermal for heating and cooling.

We've been so busy that our 40th anniversary almost passed us by! Now it's onto the next. Happy New Year from all of us at Cetide!
