We brought the holiday party in-house this year with a hibachi chef cooking right in front of us! Good food, big smiles, and plenty of laughs during this wonderful afternoon. Grateful for this team and for the hard work they put in all year long.

Big things are happening in Nashville — and Servpro of Limestone & Lawrence Counties/Decatur is proud to be part of it!

Our team is performing a 500,000-square-foot post-construction cleaning at the brand-new Jim Ayers Tower at Vanderbilt Health — a state-of-the-art hospital built by Robins & Morton.

From top to bottom, our crews are meticulously cleaning every inch of this incredible new facility. We’ve HEPA vacuumed all surfaces, cleaned every floor, and wiped down every touchpoint to ensure the entire space is spotless and ready to welcome new patients.

It’s an honor to support Robins & Morton in the final stages of production and help prepare this world-class healthcare facility to begin serving the community. 💚

What an amazing week at the 2025 SERVPRO Convention in Boston, MA! 🇺🇸💚

It was great reconnecting with fellow SERVPRO owners, sharing ideas, and seeing so many familiar faces. We love catching up with our SERVPRO family every year!

Exploring the city of Boston was an added bonus — from strolling the historic streets, to seeing the statues of George Washington and Paul Revere, and even walking through the campus of Harvard University. We couldn’t resist checking out a few classic Good Will Hunting filming spots either! 🎬

This year was extra special because it was Luke’s first SERVPRO Convention! He had a great time meeting new people and diving deeper into the business.

We’re heading home feeling inspired and excited for what’s ahead. The brand is going strong and the future of SERVPRO is bright!

50 Brand New Air Movers!🌬️💧

There are a plethora of reasons why Servpro is the leader in mitigation services nationwide, but one that stands out more than others is the speed at which we can tackle disasters. After a large water loss occurred in one of our local government facilities, we knew we needed some extra equipment. We contacted our Servpro headquarters and had 50 brand new air movers in the warehouse the very next morning🚛💨

Church ceiling collapses after water pipe burst!⛪️💧

Although it seems like most disasters to our homes and businesses happen in the middle of the night, or when we are away, sometimes they happen right in front of us during broad daylight! This was the case here when one of our local churches had an unexpected water damage on a regular Tuesday afternoon.

Here at Servpro of Limestone and Lawrence Counties/Decatur we prioritize emergency situations, so we immediately contacted one of our crews who were checking on an already completed job, and instantly redirected them towards this disaster🚛💨

Upon arrival, extraction of all the water was initiated and the cleanup process begun🧹 We keep all our vehicles pre-stocked with everything needed to handle an emergency water job, so no matter when we get the call, our crews are prepared to respond✅

Servpro’s Professional Cleaning Products Department (SPCP) is located at Servpro Headquarters in the heart of Tennessee🏭

It is there where our fellow Servpro employees manufacture all our in house cleaning products👨🏻‍🔬 They make just under 100 different cleaning agents!💯 Our products are created, reviewed, examined and battle tested before they ever leave the lab. On top of the rigorous testing they undergo, every product is QAQC’d by multiple lab scientists before they can be cleared for use (Quality assured Quality Controlled).

Just a few of the products that are made in our state-of-the-art chemical lab consist of deodorizers, detergents, oxidizers, floor sealers, shampoos, spot cleaners, glass cleaners, disinfectants, and many many more!😵‍💫

These are the highest quality cleaning agents science can produce and they are available exclusively to Servpro customers. These products are just another way of helping us make your messy job “Like it Never Even Happened!”

Intense house fire causes lightbulbs to act very strangely💡🔥

When an electrical fire unexpectedly got started in this customer's attic one night, the damage nearly burned the entire house down. As you can see from the photo, the once pearly white kitchen cabinets were now turned black and yellow from the flames. What you can also see is how the intense heat melted all of the lightbulbs in the kitchen, turning them into elongated waxy raindrops💧

Servpro of Limestone and Lawrence Counties/Decatur was able to restore the majority of this customer's furniture and clothes, while also cleaning a large portion of the house itself (although we did have to buy new lightbulbs😬)

Servpro Injectidry System EXTRACTS water from a customer's hardwood floors!💧

When this customer's ice maker machine🧊 had a pinched line, it caused a water loss in their kitchen that affected all of their true hardwood floors🫣 True hardwood is a very porous material, which means it quickly absorbs any water that is left of its surface. If moisture is absorbed into the hardwood, it will soon begin to buckle and become distorted.

Here at Servpro of Limestone & Lawrence Counties/Decatur, we have the most up-to-date specialized equipment in the business. We were able to utilized our Injectidry System to suck up all the water that had leaked into the hardwood and completely prevent it from buckling👍🏻

Had a wonderful time this morning playing golf with Nick Garner and Wil Rose - State Farm Insurance Agent at the annual Decatur-Morgan County Chamber of Commerce golf tournament!
