Hey everyone, just a quick little update — we are officially sold out for the weekend! All of our extra stock sold off extremely fast.

I highly recommend placing pre-orders in advance, especially around the holidays, as both we and other seafood companies around North Alabama tend to sell out quickly during this time.

Happy Friday everyone! Just putting the finishing touches on the menu and wanted to give y’all a little sneak peek.

Our menu will stay small because I’ve always believed in quality over quantity. That’s been the goal from the very beginning. We’ll also have specials and introduce different items throughout the year to keep things fresh and exciting.

I wanted to share the menu with y’all and get your thoughts and opinions. We’d love to hear what you all have to say!

I just got word from my crawfish farm that they posted a live drop today, and it’s a great one:

• Full 30 lb sacks — dropped from $165 to $130.
• Half sacks (15 lbs) — dropped from $82.50 to $65.

Prices are staying the same for live crawfish this upcoming weekend.

We only have 5–6 weeks left in crawfish season, so be sure to get your orders in early!

⚠️ No boiling this weekend due to the high demand for live crawfish orders.

Hey everyone — just wanted to give y’all a quick update.

Unfortunately, we will not be doing a run this upcoming week. The crawfish catch was down pretty bad this week, which normally happens as we get closer to the end of the season. I’m going to keep getting as much as I can before the season officially wraps up, which is usually around the last week of June.

Now for the good news — the food truck is almost ready to roll! We’ll be conducting our final inspection on Monday, and if all goes well, we’re hoping to have it on the road by the 23rd of this month. The menu will be small at first while we work out the kinks, but we’re excited to finally get started.

Also, I’d love to connect with any business owners in the North Alabama area who may be looking for a wholesale supplier. Growing that side of the company is something I’m really excited about as well.
