ALRS is a non-profit organization. We serve the communities of Limestone County and assist our sister agencies in North Alabama.
Currently we specialize in water-based rescue and recovery.

Thank you Elkmont Vol Fire Department for allowing us to assist on a vehicle recovery this evening. We wish a speedy recovery for the patient, who was pulled out of the water and transported to a local hospital before vehicle recovery began.

Something to think about all year, not just when you’re trying to get those last-minute floats in to see the leaves!
Boating safety advocates recommend that all boaters and passengers not only have a life jacket, but wear it at all times while boating. Accidents on the water happen too fast to reach and put on a stowed life jacket.
