Today we’re taking a look back—and forward—as we compare Summer Day Camp memories from 2014 and 2026.

Twelve years may seem like a long time, but when we look at these photos, one thing stands out: while the faces, activities, and camp themes may have changed, the joy, friendships, laughter, and memories being made have remained the same.

For generations, the YWCO has provided a place where children can explore, learn, grow, and simply enjoy being kids. Summer Day Camp has been a part of countless childhood memories, and we’re proud to continue that tradition year after year.

As we celebrate 120 years of serving our community, we’re reminded that every camper, counselor, family, and staff member has helped shape our story. What a fun and rhythm-filled morning at Summer Day Camp! 🥁☀️ Our campers had an amazing visit from Dr. Arvin Scott as they got to learn all about drumming, music, and the creativity behind every beat.
