This guy is going out this week! I'm always a little sad to see any of my babies go, but this tegu is a stunning boy that's become more beautiful with each shed. I'll really miss him.🥺

4 years ago, Haley would've NEVER willingly touched a lizard. Now, she takes portraits of the tegus and tells them they're cute.

Scale pattern = spicy 🔥🥵
This is one of the tegu babies we produced this year by playing with the genetics of a high black and a hybrid (red x super blue).
Love these guys and so proud that we were able to see such beautiful tegus hatch and wake up to the world.

Hatchling tegus doing hatching tegu things! This is the fun part. Seeing all the lizard babies scurry around, interact with each other, and pile up on each other in their reptile hides.
