We are open 15 min before and after every class and our drop in rate is $10/class no pre-reg required! The goal of Athens Yoga, LLC is to provide a safe,healthy & diverse environment in which students may find a deeper understanding of themselves and their yoga practice. In addition, we want to establish a creative & nurturing space that offers an opportunity for teachers to grow and expand . In this dual mission Athens Yoga hopes to provide a Dynamic experience .

Hello AY family,Athens Yoga is officially closed. We are leaving this physical location. Open since 2015, It’s been an amazing journey full of great teachers and good vibes. We will miss this sweet, blessed little space dearly.
Look out for Jen, Kristen and Holly teaching around town, we’re excited to see what’s next.
Jen will keep the page up to inform on any future endeavors….
