🌈 Throwback to Pride Fest and a reminder that Pride Month is still going strong! 💜
We were so happy to be part of Athens Pride Fest 2026 and spend the day connecting with community members, sharing resources, and talking about the services available through Athens Clinic. We are proud to provide a welcoming, inclusive space where everyone is treated with dignity, respect, and support.
A big thank you to Athens Pride for hosting such an amazing event and to the Georgia 911 Good Samaritan Law for their partnership and support. Together, we distributed more than 100 naloxone kits to help expand access to this life-saving resource.
Thank you to everyone who stopped by our booth. We’re grateful to be part of such a welcoming community. Happy Pride Month! 🏳️🌈

💜 MAR-velous Conversations: Hepatitis C Awareness Month Recap! 💜
On May 21, 2026, our MAR-valous Conversations group hosted our second Hepatitis C testing event of the month, and we were blown away by the turnout! 🎉
Approximately 40 individuals joined us for the meeting, and 16 participants received free Hepatitis C testing. Every conversation, question, and test completed helps us move one step closer to increasing awareness and improving community health.
A huge thank you to OraSure Technologies, Inc. and Imagine Hope, Inc. for generously providing the testing kits and educational materials that made these events possible. Their support helped us offer free testing while also sharing important information about Hepatitis C prevention, treatment, and resources.
Together, we’re helping create a healthier, more informed community, one conversation at a time. 💜

We are grateful to have been part of the Black Excellence Conference held on Saturday, May 23rd. This impactful event not only provided free testing for HIV, syphilis, and other STIs, but also created a safe and welcoming space for community organizations and local businesses to share their missions, services, and resources available to the
community.
Throughout the event, we had the opportunity to connect with many individuals, distribute naloxone kits, and provide information about Medication-Assisted Treatment (MAT) and the services our clinic offers to patients and the greater Athens community.
Events like this highlight the importance of collaboration, education, and community
support, and we are honored to contribute to these ongoing efforts!
