During the extended construction on Stimson Ave here are a few tips for easier enter and exit for KFC of Athens:
If you are coming from uptown Athens take Mill Street and turn left on 1804 Way to the roundabout to KFC. If you are returning to uptown Athens take Stimson towards uptown. To leave Athens turn left at the Marathon station to Elliot Street, then left to Mill Street and left on 1804 Way and you will be back to the roundabout to connect you with 33 or 50 from Athens.
This applies to all traffic coming to KFC via the roundabout. These directions will be much easier and simpler than going all the way to East State Street with all of its traffic and congestion.
