We're looking for a new head cook!
The kitchen work is a simple menu, so top qualities we're looking for are dependability and being a self motivated worker since the kitchen work is typically done solo.

Look at all these beautiful pierogi! We're happy to say that we're finally at a point of production where we're maintaining a steady supply of our house pierogi and 1-2 specials at all times.
Our current specials are Buffalo Chicken (chicken thighs slow cooked in buffalo sauce, potato, cheese, and celery) and Birria (beef braised in Chalupacabra, jalapeno, cilantro, potato, and cheese).
There's not much Buffalo Chicken left, but next we'll have Philly Cheese Steak (rib eye, provolone, garlic, onion, potato, and "The Wiz")
Devil Dogs is closed today for some much needed upgrades. Open tomorrow, better than ever!

Chef Sam is making his special pork tacos and our normal selection of sausages are available - just with chips. We're not kicking on the fryer

Lamb curry pierogi are our current weekly special - super savory local ground lamb cooked up with curry spices and finished with a ginger and garlic kick, then rounded out with potato filling and peas.
We also still have a handful of orders left of corned beef and cabbage pierogi. Try it while they last!

Did you know that all of our pierogis are handmade in house? We permanently have our house pierogi on the menu filled with potato, onion, and cheese, served with sauteed onions.
We're currently also making our St. Paddy's Special: pierogi filled with corned beef braised in McGinn's Irish Stout, potato, and onion, served with braised cabbage. A whole corned beef brisket makes a lot of pierogis so we'll see how long this last!
We'll eventually have 2 or 3 more permanent varieties. Until then we will have just one rotating special.
