I'm Dawn Kelly the creative mind behind Rose Lillian Designs. I was one of four daughters, raised in a home with my grandmother as part of our everyday family.

I'm Dawn Kelly, Seamstress and Owner of Rose Lillian Designs, specializing in bridal, bridesmaid, and formalwear alterations, with expert craftsmanship, custom embroidery, and personalized gifts for life's special moments. She took me under her wing and taught me so many wonderful things. I grew up finding things around my house as a little girl and turning them into something we could use to play

This corseted gown did not have enough support for my gorgeous client! So I went to work adding structure to the bust cups, adding a waist stay (internal bra) and she needed hems because she’s planning on wearing red 👠 shoes! So excited for her! 😊🧵🪡👗 Dawn Kelly
