The Skinny:

Pay minimum Wage plus tips
Part-time (Hours 2-8pm 2-4 shifts available)
Bar experience preferred but not required
Willing to learn how to work w/ Lottery, Pour drinks as well as Beer
Must Be a People Person
Ability to meet physical and scheduling demands of the position, including, walking, standing, or lifting heavy items for extended periods and working nights, weekends, and holiday’s

Expectations:

Ensuring the bar is well-stocked with ice, liquor, wine, and beer.
Stocking walk in with back up items.
Keeping ice stocked at all times in the well.
Stocking/Organizing Apparel
Keeping the bar clean by wiping down surfaces, removing soiled glassware, and emptying trash receptacles.
Learning about menu items and memorizing cocktail recipes.
Bussing tables and washing glassware to keep up with the high demand season.
Strong problem solving, communication, and interpersonal skills, ability to handle tense situations with coworkers and customers calmly and rationally.
Speaking to customers, answering questions, handling complaints.

Qualifications:

Must have Up to date OLCC permit and Food Handlers
High School Diploma or Equivalent
Must be 21 yrs of age
Basic computer & Math Skills
Teamwork-oriented with outstanding leadership abilities.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Punctual and Responsible
Courteous & Friendly Personality
