We are a small, family-owned business looking to expand our abilities and grow our team. We're currently looking to add a member to our design and production team to assist our Lead Designer with various tasks. Some experience is preferred but we are willing to train the right candidate. Wages will be based on experience and suitability.

Employment Requirements:

High School Diploma or Equivalent

Reliable transportation and a valid Driver's License

Some experience with wide-format printers, plotting, and laminating.

The ideal candidate will be able to w**d and apply vinyl graphics to various surfaces

Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud programs and/or other web-based design tools

Design skills a plus

Experience with vehicle lettering a plus

Must be able to lift 50+ pounds

Must be able to effectively communicate, take direction and improve skills as required

Must have the ability to take basic measurements and complete simple math problems


Job Duties:

Using the wide-format printer, plotter and laminating equipment, as well as keeping all printing equipment in good working order

Tracking Art Room and printing inventory and ordering necessary materials

Applying vinyl graphics to various surfaces

Assisting with design when necessary

Vehicle lettering

Shop cleaning and maintenance

Occasionally assisting with product deliveries and installations

We're currently looking to hire an Apprentice to assist our Mechanic and build a career in metal fabrication and production. No previous experience is required but you must be willing to learn. Wages will be based on experience and suitability.

Must have a strong work ethic and motivation to succeed
Ability to take basic measurements and solve simple math problems
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and think on your feet
Ability to take direction and learn from mistakes
Must be able to lift 50+ pounds and work on your feet for your entire shift

Job Duties:
Assisting Mechanic with production
Clean and organize shop areas
Track material orders and keep receiving area organized
Loading/Unloading materials and products
Saw cutting
Learning welding and other metal fabrication procedures
Other tasks as they come up
