⚠️ REMINDER TO ALL ZIP RIDES USERS ⚠️

Please remember to stay within the designated riding zones while using our scooters. The approved riding areas are clearly displayed in the Zip Rides app during your ride.

Riding across the bridge from Ashland into Ohio is NOT permitted and is outside of our authorized service area. Leaving the designated zones can result in ride interruptions, additional fees, or restrictions on future rentals. The scooters will shut off when exiting the designated zones, resulting in having to manually push the scooter/scooters back into the zone.

Our goal is to provide a safe and enjoyable experience for everyone, and we appreciate your cooperation in following the rules and respecting the service boundaries.
