πŸ“– This Sunday at Unity Baptist Church

In a world where culture is constantly changing, how do we remain faithful to God's unchanging Word? That was the central question addressed at the Southern Baptist Annual Meeting in Orlando.

Join us this Sunday as we examine 1 Timothy 2:8–15 and Jeremiah 6:16 in a message titled:

"The Ancient Path"

Jeremiah 6:16 says: "Stand by the roads, and look, and ask for the ancient paths, where the good way is; and walk in it, and find rest for your souls."

Together, we'll explore why God's design for His church matters, the importance of biblical authority, and what it means to walk the ancient path of faithfulness in a changing world.

What if God never intended you to live exhausted, hurried, and constantly striving?

This Sunday at Unity Baptist Church, we'll open Genesis 2:1-3 and explore one of the most misunderstood gifts God ever gave mankind: REST.

πŸ“– The God of Rest
β€’ Why did God rest on the seventh day?
β€’ Is work a blessing or a curse?
β€’ Why do we struggle to slow down?
β€’ How does the Sabbath point us to Jesus Christ?

In a culture that celebrates busyness and productivity, God's Word reminds us that there is more to life than work, achievement, and keeping up with everyone else.

Join us as we discover how God's pattern of work and rest was designed for our good and how true rest is ultimately found in Christ.

What if your relationship with food is about more than food?

Most of us have never worried about where our next meal is coming from. But throughout history, food has shaped cultures, driven economies, exposed idols, and revealed what people truly worship.

This Sunday we'll explore a surprising theme that runs from Genesis to the Lord's Prayer:

🍞 Why did God give humanity food in the Garden of Eden?
🍞 Why was Israel so obsessed with food in the wilderness?
🍞 Why did Jesus teach us to pray, "Give us this day our daily bread"?
🍞 Why is one of the first things Christ does with His people after redemption a feast?

Food satisfies our stomachs, but God uses it to reveal the condition of our hearts.

Join us this Sunday as we discover that our relationship with food is about far more than nutritionβ€”it is about worship, dependence, gratitude, and our relationship with God.

❓Why does human life matter?

❓Why do people long for dignity, meaning, and purpose?

❓And what does it truly mean that mankind was created in the β€œimage of God”?

Join us this Sunday as we open Genesis 1 and explore one of the most foundational truths in all of Scripture: the Imago Dei β€” the image of God in man.

In a world confused about identity, value, and purpose, God’s Word gives clarity from the very beginning.

This message will explore:
β€’ Why every human life has value
β€’ What it means to bear God’s image
β€’ How sin distorted that image
β€’ How Jesus Christ restores what was broken

πŸ“– Message Title: Imago Dei (Genesis 1:26-28)
