At the May Talent Birth Cafe, Karastyn will be joining us to share a gentle and practical introduction to reflexology for moms and little ones! From Karastyn:

Reflexology is a calming, natural technique that uses pressure on specific points on the feet to support the body’s overall well-being. In this mini session, I’ll be sharing simple, safe reflexology techniques you can use at home with your baby or child.

I’m specially trained in Gentle Touch Reflexology for babies and children, which focuses on nurturing connection while helping support common concerns like colic, tummy discomfort, sleep challenges, and general restlessness.
You’ll learn easy, soothing techniques that can help your child relax, feel more comfortable, and support their natural balance; all while creating a special bonding moment between you and your little one.

No prior experience is needed, just come ready to learn something new and connect!
