Help the Rock Ridge Choral Boosters advocate for the arts! Please sign this petition sponsored by VMEA, Virginia Thespians, VTA, and Virginia Coalition of the Arts, to allow our performing arts students to operate under EO72 as an entertainment venue NOT a social gathering. Under EO72, all school sponsored performing arts events are considered social gatherings and are not permitted more than 50 people in total including audiences. This EO72 is unjust and unfair and is even more restrictive to the performing arts than ever before!

Our singers that participated in the All-District Chorus were fortunate to hear from Rock Ridge Sings Alumnus Andrew Zheng about his college experience! Andrew is a Duke University student studying public policy and computer science. He continues to pursue his musical endeavors with two acapella groups at Duke University: the "Temptasians" and the "Duke Pitchforks". We talked about choosing majors and extracurriculars, handling stress from classes, and pursuing musical passions in college. Thank you Andrew and the college panel for sharing your experiences with us!
