🌕 Did you know the Moon can sometimes look orange near the horizon?
When the Moon sits lower in the sky, its light travels through more of Earth’s atmosphere.
More blue light gets scattered along the way, leaving behind warmer yellow and orange tones for us to see. ✨
It’s a simple reminder that some of the coolest science happens right above our heads.
