Trainers normally have to develop their skills on the job, diving into the classroom with little understanding of the tools or guidance available to them as they improve their craft. We are so passionate about developing new learning to support professionals in this critical position.

If you are a current trainer in the classroom or aspire to add these skills to your portfolio, this is the program for you. We use on-demand learning, live-online instruction, and contextual application for you to take your teaching skills to the next level.
