QTS welcomed ten students from Bede Academy in Blyth, England, for a week filled with learning, new experiences and plenty of hands-on moments. The week was designed to give a real behind-the-scenes look at how a data center comes to life, from construction to operations.

With support from Arcadis, NCC, Rainton Construction and Northumbria University, 14 volunteers helped deliver site visits, career insights, mock interviews and networking opportunities. More than 200 hours went into creating an experience that opened doors, sparked curiosity and helped students see what is possible for their future. We're proud to be building tomorrow's talent while supporting our communities.

From France to Washington, our teams have been busy bringing leaders together to move digital infrastructure forward. At TechNet Cyber, Datacloud Global Congress and NANOG 97, the conversation focused on what comes next across federal solutions, AI and connectivity. From keynote discussions to on the ground collaboration, these moments reinforce the power of partnership in shaping a connected future.

QTSers are showing up in the communities we call home. From Lilburn, GA to Irving, TX, our teams are turning time into tangible impact.

In Georgia, team members from Suwanee and Duluth supported a Habitat for Humanity home build, helping create safe, affordable housing for a local family.

In Irving, our People Services team partnered with Irving Cares to sort, pack and stack food for families in need. Showing up, giving back and doing our part to make a difference!

We're excited to celebrate the 2026 QTS Employee Student Scholarship recipients. This year, 14 inspiring students each received $5,000 in recognition of their dedication, character and ambition.

Since 2016, QTS has been honored to award more than $500,000 in scholarships to children of our employees, and we are proud to support the next generation as they create meaningful impact in the years ahead.

We were proud to sponsor the Groningen Marathon this year. Our QTSers ran the course, cheered on their neighbors and celebrated every finish line alongside the community we are committed to for the long run.

This is what it means to be different. Not just operating in Groningen. Being part of it. Trust is not built in a day. It is built by showing up, again and again, for the people and places you call home.

Supporting American Manufacturing + Bolstering U.S. Energy Production

Construction is well-underway at our Tower Solar project in Morrow County, Oregon. We recently began to install over 200,000 solar panels assembled by SEG Solar in the company's newly built Houston manufacturing facility. The project is supporting over 200 local construction jobs. When completed, Tower Solar will deliver energy to the Portland General Electric (PGE) power grid and help power a new QTS data center campus that will support Meta's operations in the region.

“Installing these first panels marks a major milestone for this new solar project in Oregon and adds to Avangrid’s growing fleet of energy facilities across the nation,” said Jose Antonio Miranda, Avangrid CEO.
