to April 2018 to this Spiderman cosplay shoot with in Delaware. We’ve followed each other on the cosplay account that I help run, but then he asked for a photoshoot to which I said “why not?”. It was a fun shoot on an overcast day, which was perfect for photography. This shot was more of a spontaneous type because he went “Let’s get one with the American flag to show that Spiderman is patriotic”. I’m like “Sure, Why Not?” and there you go. I hope we get to meet up again at conventions, it’s been a bit.

to July 2019 to this Georgetown shoot with the incredible and .and.himself during a couples shoot right before they moved out to the West Coast. They have blossomed into amazing friends of mine. When I was over in California 2 summers ago, she was one of the first people I messaged to do a shoot with. Maybe when I go back there, we can do it again!

to Dec 2019 to this shoot with and of course every 4th of July I use this because of her name! Plus also this was Captain America throwing the shield right at the camera. Took a lot to get this shot done, but we got it done! This was actually for a pageant that she was participating in and these shots definitely helped…or so I like to believe…

This past Monday night, my father passed onto the other side & went home to God. The trip was so sudden & unexpected. Thankfully, I was bedside with him & thanked him for being absolutely the best father someone could ask for. He was kind, gentle, loving, understanding, hard working, and compassionate. He always knew what to say to put things into perspective. He always supported my sister & I in whatever venture that we wanted to try/do. He got me my first camera. He was my biggest critic as well. He encouraged me to take chances & he encouraged me to be the hard worker in the room.
In all honesty, I thought I had to learn the lesson of “letting go” back in 2018 & 2020, but this didn’t realize that this was going to be the true lesson of that. I didn’t know what to do with this post and how to word it or just to express it. It’s just happening so fast & just trying to process everything is extremely tough. However, knowing my dad & knowing what I’ve learned, it’s taking things one step at a time.
I miss you, dad. I love you, dad. I can’t believe you are gone. I promise to take care of mom & Elaine for you. Thank you for being here with me & thank you God for sharing him with us even though it was for a short time.
I’m probably not gonna post again for a little bit. I’ll have one more post for my dad because I wanted to do something for him.

It was so nice seeing at content day in Old Town Alexandria. It’s always nice to see a familiar face. This dress was absolutely elegant & it looked amazing. Let’s do it again soon!

to Jan 2020 with the incredible at a shoot for the incredible fashion line .co developed by .vi. It was my first time working with both her & Vi. It was a fabulous shoot and I had a great time. I did end up buying some wardrobe from “The Hobbyist” later on in the year and you should as well. Follow them on social media for more.

to Jan 2020 with cosplaying as Princess Big Mac from My Little Pony during . I’ve always loved working with & just hanging out with . They are just a ball of fun and a ball of puns. Always kept me on my toes & just some of the friendliest people that I’ve met in the area. We gotta do another dinner sometime and catch up soon. 15 minutes wasn’t enough at Katsucon!

to Mar 2021 with the amazing at one of the previous cherry blossom exhibits at . She’s extremely photogenic & one of the nicest people I’ve met while here in DC. I hope we can meet up again soon! It’s been a while!

to March 2019 and this shoot with the amazing .tarot.fairy_ at this grunge shoot at Bellmore Train Station. It was dark, cold, & moody and with the aesthetic, it fit perfectly for this shoot. I hope I get to see that cosplay again and I’m able to film it.

to June 2018 when I got the chance to photograph one of my good friends from the island . I was just starting to do photography and she was looking to get back into the game. We went to Port Jefferson to shoot this amazing steampunk outfit that she had on. It was almost an all day shoot, but it was so incredibly fun. I learned so much during that & I was able to practice my craft with a professional & supportive. Thank you, Vanessa. We gotta do a shoot sometime, it’s been a bit!

to June 2019 with Certified Theta Healer at this meetup at the Navy Memorial. As always, she knows how to work in the modeling world and knows how to work when reading my palm & tarot cards. She can do it all. It’s always lovely to do a shoot with her and I hope we can do one in the near future? * wink wink * * nudge nudge *

to May 2018 with the dapper during a dapper picnic photo shoot. It was a beautiful day for this shoot and how did smoke get involved. I think one of the photographers had a couple left over from a previous shoot & we ended up using them. We got some beautiful shots from it. I’ll probably use them in the near future.

to June 2020 with the amazing in Silver Spring during the Chi Pao Chinese Dress shoot. It was a great time working with her & the creativity that she has is amazing. I hope we can work again soon.

to Aug 2018 and the very first shoot I had with future DMV Supermodel at Ballston Quarter. I’ve always enjoyed this show, but I knew that I was working with a world class talent and it’s just amazing to see how far she has come. I’m always in awe of it.

to June 2019 with this awesome shoot with Matt from Mays Create at the International Spy Museum. I remember seeing this room in the previews & I knew immediately that I wanted to do this type of shoot here. He was amazing as Doctor Strange and the other worldly chaos that this room provided, served as a great backdrop for this shoot. This was also a shoot where I learned about cold calling a venue and just asked about doing a photo shoot there. I was very nervous when I hit “send”, but grateful that they accepted us.

to June 2017 and this calm, cool, & collective shot of as Loki from the meetup at Old Town Alexandria. This was one of the first meetups, if not the first meetup that I did strictly photography in. Up until then, I did videography & basically loved every minute of it. It’s always good to have a model/cosplayer that is extremely talented and very adaptable to every situation to work with. So thank you Lena, I appreciate you.

to Oct 2018 with this shoot with the incredible that was taken at the same meetup that I featured earlier today. The models brought two different energies to the shoot that challenged me to be creative & to think outside the box. I had to do it that way because each one had an aesthetic that brought out the best in both. It challenged me to learn how to pivot to the different styles at a moment’s notice. I hope we get the chance to work together in the future, even though it’s been 5 and a half years.

to Oct 2018 with this shoot with the amazing while at a meetup in Philadelphia. This was a fun shoot, even though it was probably one of the first ones I did by myself & not knowing a lot of people at said shoot. I was definitely nervous that day, but she kept it light & fun. It was a great atmosphere & I hope that I get the chance to work with her again very soon, because I would love to.
