Rover 3PL is a courier company with a National Footprint that specializes in delivering small packages that weigh less than a pound. We’re looking for a Driver who is energetic, personable and safe. You must be reliable, detail oriented and enjoy meeting new people on a daily basis.

As a new Driver with Rover 3PL you will work with a great group of experienced contract Drivers who work as a team to accomplish time sensitive deliveries. Drivers will work either an AM or PM shift generally not lasting more than 8 hours. Occasional extended hours and weekends may be necessary, especially around Holidays.

Driver Requirements and skills

Must be 21 years of age at time of contracting.

Must have your own reliable, fuel efficient vehicle.

Ability to manage time and routes for a streamlined delivery experience.

Must have available for review; driving record, criminal background and submit to/pass a drug screen.

Work well independently and have good communication.

Use route navigation apps and knowledge of area to deliver packages to customers on time.

Interact with customers in a professional manner.

Work occasional weekends.

Drive in inclement weather, such as rain and snow.

Compensation and Perks

Commission based earnings averaging $120 to $150 per day or shift.
