Here are few marketing activities specific to Google My Business (GMB) which do not cost you $$.

1. Create Google My Business (GMB) profile for your school.
Add a link to a booking app or to "schedule a tour" form on your website.
Ensure that contact information on GMB profile is current and in sync with the website.

2. Get more reviews easily
In the profile administration options copy the Google review link. You can include the link in your email signatures or messages to request reviews.
Make a QR code from the Google review link this can be put on a standup so that parents can scan and give reviews quickly

3. Worried about Negative reviews on your profile?
Answer the negative reviews, perhaps with a simple explanation of how you fixed the problem they were complaining about and that it may not happen again, be honest mistakes happen in any business.
Don't forget to answer the positive reviews, if not all at least some of them.

4. Post public events and updates.
If you have public updates from your school like "open house" post on GMB profile. You can also create an event for the same.

Lastly, did you check your GMB profile statistics on anytime ? You can compare with last year, like how many people called your business phone or requested directions on Google.

In 2024 you should invest in Bing Ads for your business because studies show that Bing has much lower competition than Google and significantly higher return on investment (ROI).

Over the years Google has made a mega business of 144 billion dollars from their ads while Bing has only earned 8.5 million, while these numbers might make you think that Bing is insignificant but there is a positive side to it.

This shows that Bing offers significantly less competition compared to Google, decreasing the Cost Per Click (CPC) by more than 34% than what you would normally pay to Google. Do preschools need to use digital marketing?

Let me introduce the context for this message, during our interaction with educators, most of them asked, if digital marketing really helps preschools.

We believe this would be a good starting point for us to share our insights with our friends in the preschools business.

Preschools are growing in popularity and many schools are deciding to open their own instead of being a franchise of a large chain. The benefits of having your own preschool are great, but they are often requiring right resources to support their needed growth.

Think of a parent who has just decided to enroll his/her child in a preschool. There are a lot of things that can go through their mind.

Which is the best preschool for my child near me?

Who can guide my child towards the right tools in pursuing education?

Which preschools have the trained and best teachers working with them?
