There is a small segment of the population that thinks they can bully their way into preferential treatment with the threat of leaving us a bad review and honestly, I won’t play that game. We strive to treat our clients fairly and won’t reward those clients that don’t do the same.

Balefire’s spring collection is out, and one of our favorite pieces is the Papillon Necklace! Two dark blue tourmalines are carved into butterfly wings, and are separated by a black marquise diamond, all set in rose gold. Doesn’t it just make your heart flutter? 🦋
