So excited to be participating in this year‘s , an international print exchange based in Australia. This year‘s theme is “Animals with Attitude.”
When we visit Mexico, the roosters are our alarm clock. “Wake up” is a love letter to this beautiful and vibrant country that we treasure spending time in.
Wishing our neighbors to the south health and safety in the coming year.

I was awestruck by Emerald Lake in the Canadian Rockies…the fresh, colorful beauty of the place and the invigoration of seeing it for the first time.

New Mokuhanga print. Inspired by a Lake Louise vista in Banff, Canada, and part of my collected memories series. This print is still damp, so the color will soften when it dries. But isn’t that what memories do too?

So happy to be a part of this printmaking exhibition in Norfolk, Virginia, with my Bagels print. (Opening night is tonight, but unfortunately, I will have to miss it.) See the events link on my website to access all the work from the show. It’s an impressive group.

Just finished an amazing weeklong workshop with at the doing Mokuhanga (Japanese woodblock printing). Each print is hand printed and slightly different. I love the soft color and freedom of working this way for a change. Here is the first print I did, inspired by a Santorini Greece coastline.

Print exchange! Just snuck in a new print to share with friends. The theme is “Accountability,” meaning get in gear and keep your commitment to printmaking and fellow printmakers. I couldn’t resist.
This woodcut relief zebra plant is nestled into a sea of greenery that I created in my first experience with pressure printing on the Vandercook press in Lawrence.
Can’t wait to see what everyone created.
