Saying “no” can feel like a battle, but you don’t have to explain, justify, or apologize.

Next time you struggle, try one of these:

✔️ “That doesn’t work for me.”
✔️ “I’m not available for that.”
✔️ “I have to honor my limits.”
✔️ (And if all else fails…) “Nope.”
