Identify the market trend and check hot stocks in the market.

While observing the market lately, a realization has become increasingly apparent to me:
For many people, the issue isn't that they fail to understand the market, but rather that they allow their emotions to lead them astray.

Some market movements may appear quite lively on the surface,
yet once you deconstruct their underlying structure, it becomes clear that a shift is already underway.

My current approach—which I have grown accustomed to—is as follows:
I assess the directional bias before the market opens, observe how the market reacts during trading hours, and document my observations after the close.
I do not chase after definitive conclusions; instead, I simply record the underlying logic.

Gradually, I have come to realize that
the truly valuable insights are rarely found within the most popular or trending posts.
