Now that's a corner. Envelope finally getting finished!

We've been hampered a bit by the cold and wet weather of late but getting closer!

Time has sure been flying by. The building shell is closing in on the finishing stage. The interior of the primary tenant is nearing the drywall stage.

Foundations complete and utility rough-in getting ready to start.

We have rebar and concrete. Progress is moving. Won't be too much longer and we'll be above grade.

Foundation work has begun. Rocks are cracking and rebar has been delivered.

Getting ready for the foundations.... will be good to start going up; but first have to get down.
